Our in-person training is built on proven techniques inspired by NFL Hall of Famer Joe Thomas and refined by our experienced coaching staff. We focus on hip development, stance and start, punch mechanics, run game technique, and pass protection to elevate line play at every level.
With sessions held in Oconomowoc, Middleton, Appleton and Wausaui, players build confidence, develop leadership, and learn to love the game. Whether you’re an athlete or a coach, Trench Training helps big kids play better, safer—and stay in the game.

In-Person Programs
